This Privacy Policy explains how the VISHAL DJ & LED WALL website and Android app handle information. The Android app displays the same services and content available at vishaldj.in.

Information we collect

The website and app do not require an account. The normal booking enquiry form prepares a message on your device and opens WhatsApp; it does not submit that enquiry form to our own server. The direct UPI payment form uses the name, mobile number, selected package and amount in your browser only to prepare the UPI payment link and a WhatsApp verification message. Those form details are not submitted to our server by the direct UPI form.

Online payments

The current payment option is direct UPI to the displayed VISHAL SHARMA UPI ID and QR code. When you choose “Open UPI App & Pay”, your device opens an installed UPI app with the payee and confirmed amount. Payment is completed in your UPI app/bank environment; this website does not receive or store your UPI PIN, card details or banking credentials. PhonePe Payment Gateway is marked “Coming Soon” and is not the active website checkout yet.

WhatsApp and phone calls

If you choose to contact us using WhatsApp or a phone call, the information you provide is handled by the relevant communication service and is used only to respond to enquiries, provide quotations and manage bookings. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

Hosting and technical data

Our hosting provider may process standard technical request information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access, to deliver the website, prevent abuse and maintain security. We do not sell personal information. The current website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Data retention and deletion

Enquiry and booking messages are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, complete a booking, maintain business records or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry information, subject to any record we are legally required to keep.

Children's privacy

The website and app advertise event services and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account or registration system.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, app or applicable requirements change. The latest effective date will be shown at the top of this page.
